These Terms of Service apply to all websites and products associated with Pinnacle Coaching LLC and Marriage Coaching LLC, including but not limited to the following domains: marriageresetcoaching.com, marriagereset.com, pinnacleofman.com, joshhudson.co, joshhudsoncoaching.net, marriage-turnaround.com, joshhudsoncoaching.com (collectively, the "Site").

The Site is operated by Pinnacle Coaching LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States of America ("Company," "we," "us" or "our"). Pinnacle Coaching LLC provides the Marriage Reset program and all coaching services offered through the Site, and is the contracting party on all client program agreements and purchases.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and us and govern your access to and use of the Site and any services made available through it. The terms "you," "your," and "yours" refer to any person who uses the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing and using the Site.

Services

The Site provides information about, and access to purchase, the coaching programs offered by Pinnacle Coaching LLC, including the Marriage Reset program. Any program you purchase is governed by these Terms together with the separate program agreement you enter into with Pinnacle Coaching LLC at the time of purchase. Where a program agreement and these Terms conflict, the program agreement controls as to that program.

Use

By accessing and/or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, just as if you had agreed to these Terms in writing. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. All amendments will be effective upon the posting of such updated Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us relating to your access to and use of the Site. These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you without our prior written consent. No waiver of any provision of these Terms will constitute a waiver of such provision in any prior, concurrent or subsequent circumstance.
